I prepare complete credit analysis write-up memos and risk rating to DB counterparties based on the independent assessment and judgement for annual renewal and lending purpose. I assess asset under management, collateral analysis, credit analysis and their financial strength. I’m responsible to review and approve loans and credit exposure to large / mid-sized corporate. I’m involved in reviewing and analyzing the credit profile of counterparties and key risks involved in the transaction. For the portfolio of existing and new relationships, owning the credit risk analysis and continuous monitoring of that portfolio. This includes annual review, quarterly review, and support to ad-hoc transactions. We perform fundamental credit analysis of counterparties using qualitative and quantitative factors. We continuous monitor the covered portfolio (eq. financial covenants, information needed on a periodic basis) I review and provide recommendation on the risk rating to the counterparties. Transaction includes Structured lending, Trade finance, Term loans as well as derivative exposure. Decide on counterparty strategy and risk appetite in consultation with products team. Coordinate with the various key contact for various functions within and outside the bank e.g: Legal, valuers, operations, KYC, product, risk, and documentation. I assist colleagues in identifying stretch opportunities and work with them on complex cases.
