   I work with the Azure CPE (Customer, Partner and Engineering) team to:•Construct visually appealing Power BI dashboards for Azure cloud service providers to assist product managers with actionable insights on business performance, trends, forecasts, and KPIs. These dashboards increased daily usage by 25%.•Create Power Automate workflows to automate and streamline daily business processes, such as sending weekly newsletter emails and creating/updating work items in Azure DevOps from Power BI/survey data. These workflows saved 40 hours of manual effort monthly.•Integrate data from multiple sources, including the Kusto database, Excel, P360, ADO, and survey data. Perform data cleaning and validate data to ensure data integrity for data analysis.•Develop Kusto/ADO/SQL queries to establish data relationships, interpret and analyze data for identifying key metrics to transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information.•Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the Kusto database for analysis.•Onboard external partners and integrate new Azure offerings into our project to meet the product manager\'s reporting requirements.•Conduct research, fix bugs, and update dashboards for changing product manager requirements.
