   Cadet Squad Leader, I\'m responsible for an 8-person squad consisted of 2 teams made up of 4 Army ROTC cadets across the freshman, sophomore, and junior grade levels.Using the Army Leadership Requirements Model (ALRM), I direct and lead squad to be an efficient and effective part of the platoon of 30. I ensure team leaders and members have supplies, understand operation information, and ensure excellent and effective communication to them from higher command.Additionally, I\'ve been part of numerous program extracurriculars and participated in opportunities such as- Color Guard: Presenting the colors at local community events (Gopher Football Game, Fish For Life, etc.)- CDS HS Inspection: Inspecting high school programs and providing feedback on their team\'s performance- Social Media: Helped create content for MN Army NG social media during annual training- Norwegian Ruck March: Backpack/Run 18 miles for award
