Manage and modify chemical process P & IDs for key process for all products produced on site (Ibuprofen, Propofol etc). Field verify as-built conditions to keep drawings and processes up to date and ensure that safety standards are current. This includes working around reactors, climbing storage tanks and distillation columns up to 130ft vertically with drawings to mark up, and working around high pressure steam with proper PPE with drawings under outside plant conditions. Developing isometric drawings and CAD work to implement new equipment into Chemical/ Mechanical processes while working directly with up to 10 project engineers, process safety engineers, electrical, chemical and mechanical engineers simultaneously.
