As a Lead Technical Consultant at Perficient, I transform customers’ rough ideas into refined, enterprise-scale web applications. With over 20 years of experience in the web development field, I have directed and delivered numerous web projects for various industries and platforms, using the latest technologies and best practices. I am passionate about learning and applying new skills and knowledge to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions. My core competencies include software architecture, system integration, technical leadership, and web app development. I primarily build in the Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL, Azure), along with straight JavaScript or using web frameworks like React/Vue/Angular. I also build Windows Apps when needed. I\'m proficient in server administration, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Azure Administration. I have also integrated various APIs and systems, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager. I am Microsoft Certified in Azure Fundamentals and a speaker at conferences and user groups. I enjoy coaching and mentoring other developers and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across time zones. I\'ve worked with: DowDupont, Corteva, Zoetis, Brevant, Acuity, Case IH, Orbis, Trane, Foley & Lardner LLP, Publix and a bunch more amazing companies that run behind the scenes. In my spare time, I play dad to 2 kids, act as a carpenter/plumber/electrician, jam on my 6 string, paint and tinker with IoT/Robotics/LEDs. I’m drawn to mixing wood and electronics. I suppose that makes me a Modern Abstractionalist.
