Iâm Dirk, an experienced founder and guide for scaling founders.In 2013, I founded PaulCamper out of a deep passion for traveling by campervan.I bootstrapped the company in its early days, later scaled it with the help of venture capital and expanded internationally. After defining the category and becoming the leading European platform I successfully exited it in 2022. Over the course of ten years, I went through the entire founder journey building a marketplace, fundraising, organizational development, and more â with all the highs and lows.Thatâs why Iâve worked with a coach for over a decade. Not just for business challenges, but for personal growth as well. Coaching helped me stay connected to my vision, especially in challenging times. With the help of various coaching tools, I turned setbacks into growth. Through building my company and working with my coach, Iâve grown tremendously as a founder and as a human being.I have been sharing this experience as an entrepreneur and coachee with reflective and growth-oriented entrepreneurs for more than three years as a mentor and coach at the Entrepreneurs\' Organisation (EO) in Berlin.Today I accompany entrepreneurs who are in search of:⢠Clarity and guidance.⢠Full development of potential in life.⢠An experienced founder and entrepreneur who knows what the journey feels like Along the way, my clients gain clarity and orientation, resolve their own bottlenecks with my support, and can lead a more free and enriched life as founders and entrepreneurs in the long run.
