Previous role expanded to the entire ams OSRAM group. • Integration, harmonization and unification of EHS management system, processes and culture culminating in a joint certification across the entire company. • Driver behind a bottom-up and measure-supported Climate Roadmap to reach Carbon Neutrality by 2030, announced as an ESG Goal for the entire ams OSRAM group in 04/2022. Close cooperation on this task with Operations, Purchasing and Sustainability. • Consultant to sustainability topics and green energy sourcing in newly planned and partially also established factories. • Leader of the German COVID-19 Task Force and member of the Global Task Force team at ams OSRAM (until their closure in 12/2022) as well as the Global Mental Health and Wellbeing team. • Member of the Steering Team and busy participant in the activities around the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and its implications on the German legal entities. • EHS responsibility (passive due diligence) in divestment projects of non-core businesses.
