   Chief physician executive and lead informaticist responsible for EMR implementation and management, reporting to CIO and CMO, and working with other executives and vendors to implement enterprise-wide Epic install (go-live April 2018). Architect and optimize workflows on conjunction with Clinical, HIM, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Research, and Operational leadership. Lead physician engagement strategy, and teach workflow analysis, design principles, and policy writing to both clinical and IT stakeholders. Led design team to update policy management for improved clinical safety and operations. Worked with Epic and Project Management teams to help develop project intake, prioritization, change management, and change control processes for both clinical and research projects. Chaired Physician Steering committee and Clinical Operational Standards committee. Member of Medical Board, Clinical Council, HIM, Lab Utilization Review, and QAPI committees.
