I am passionate about building outstanding teams to solve big problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences. That passion has driven me to pursue the IT Platform space, which has been primed for digital transformation through an explosion of innovative technologies and methodologies over the past several years. In my role at Quantum Health, I led a year-long strategic initiative to deliver new software deployment and container orchestration platforms, enabling our software engineers to leverage CI/CD, Kubernetes clusters, automated testing, and many microservices in AWS created through Terraform infrastructure-as-code. These platforms have empowered developers to deliver value to the business in minutes rather than weeks, increasing deployments per month by nearly 100x.It all starts with people and culture. These dazzling new technologies need to be brought to life by a talented team that is set up for success. I love to empower teams by creating an autonomous, flexible, and collaborative environment that brings out the best in each of them. I am passionate about continuous improvement, creating win-win scenarios, building strong relationships, and finding solutions that deliver the greatest value. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, playing tennis, remodeling our house, creating the perfect pulled pork on the smoker, and spending time with my amazing wife and kids.
