Responsible for the identifying and leading the teams to implement the technology, audio/visual, security, and business applications to support these facilities.• Lead more than 60 developers, business analysts, project managers, system/data engineers, presentation, audio/visual, and security specialists with a direct annual budget of $10MM+ to ensure that Harkins meets corporate objectives.• Lead the business to identify and implement solutions to align and implement core applications (Netsuite, Vista, Power BI, Ceridian, SharePoint, Microsoft Business Central, Zendesk), ticketing sales channels, theater POS systems, retail sales channels, presentation/sound systems, websites/apps (Sitefinity and React) to current and future corporate strategies.• Direct responsibility for conducting ongoing technology changes, annual PCI DSS Compliance as a Level 1 merchant for Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and all data/physical security systems for the entire company.
