ABOUT ROSS MANDIWALL

I am a Senior Procurement Leader with 25+ years of experience, and have delivered outstanding outcomes for multi-billion-dollar Strategic Sourcing programmes spanning 60+ countries & cultures. My strengths & values are heavily relationship focused; underpinned by honesty, transparency, and building trust for the long term. I have extensive experience managing deep and complex, multi-faceted commercial relationships often during periods of significant transformation and turbulent change. I have worked in deep collaboration with senior cross functional leaders, from Trust & Compliance, Legal, CIO, HR, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Operations and Finance. I am comfortable operating at the micro and macro level daily, to mitigate the growing levels of risk, provide escalation support on CXO level negotiations through to resolving substantial commercial disputes, across the globe (from Montpelier to Riyadh). I have a proven track record of delivering business savings, significantly enhanced cash flow whilst at the same time reducing operational expense with a deep emphasis on data driven strategies.I am passionate about the development of people - to drive organisational capability but also to provide individuals with opportunities and outstanding coaching that I have enjoyed. I have been an active mentor for many years, to employees and suppliers.
