About Dirdhavi Patel

As a driven Business Administration Junior student, concentrating in Human Resources and Operations, Logistics, & Supply Chain Management with social science minor. I am passionate about fostering positive and productive work environments. I am eager to apply my growing HR knowledge in real-world business settings and contribute to creating thriving organizational cultures.Currently, I am actively developing my HR skillset through coursework and extracurricular involvement. My academic focus provides a strong foundation in key HR functions, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits administration and employee relations. I am particularly interested in the strategic role of HR in aligning human capital with business objectives, driving employee engagement and shaping organizational culture. I am also developing a strong understanding of operations, logistics, and supply chain, recognizing the interconnectedness of HR with these critical business functions.I am also committed to non-academic activities on and outside the Tennessee Tech campus. I am a member of the International Student Union at Tech. I also volunteer for BAPS, and I dedicate a portion of my life to selfless service to others both in their local neighborhoods and globally.
