About Dipti Deshpande
Completed my PhD from the Diagnostics division from the Centre for DNA fingerprinting and diagnostics, Hyderabad, India. I worked on the in silico and in vitro functional characterization of variants in Niemann Pick Disease A and B. In my postdoc at Pune, in SARS-COV2 sequencing and surveillance. Currently I am working as a scientist Human genetics at Semantic Web Tech, Bangalore which builds software solutions for genomics analysis.
