Currently I am leading the cross-functional teams in Novartis TechOps function for the Due Diligence of potential M&A, in-licensing and divestment deal and integration of the acquired company with Novartis TechOps function.I have gained valuable expertise and experience in BD & L deals evaluation (M&A, in-licensing, and divestment deals), strategic sourcing, procurement operations, analytics, market research and third party risk management enabling me to contribute valuable insights to strategic decision-making processes.My industry exposure spans healthcare, telecom, shipping and consulting providing me with a comprehensive understanding of diverse business environments.I gained international exposure by visiting Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Slovenia, South Africa, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia while working on global cross-functional projects.
