I have established a state-of-the-art \"Centre of Quality Excellence\" facility having integrated polymer and chemical lab as well as future-ready Quality Organisation, starting from scratch, in the new greenfield site of GFL at Dahej, Gujarat.I have institutionalized Automotive Quality System for fluoropolymers (FKM, PTFE Micropowder, PVDF, Film) and fluorospecialty (BTC) operations to meet customer requirements from futuristic sectors like Electric vehicle, Solar, Hydrogen fuel, Semi conductor, 5G, IOT, Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals and Chemical. I have led implementation and certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF16949 standards as MR for the site.I am leading LIMS based Quality Digitalisation and Lab automation in the entire organisation.I am the Chairman for \"Product Safety & Stewardship Code\" Site Sub-Committee and \"Incident Investigation Site Sub-Committee\" and Site Apex Safety Committee member in \"Responsible Care\"/ Safety initiative, powered by dss+.I am a certified practitioner for 7 Habits Leadership, as per \"Grow\" learning initiative led by Corporate HR.
