As a Senior UX Designer at Lloyds, I initiated a project to embed a well-documented and robust design system into the team. This initiative aimed to future-proof our designs and ensure consistency across our products. Additionally, I have redesigned key parts of the journey to streamline and improve the conversation flow, resulting in a more seamless user experience. Furthermore, I actively embed good user-centric practices into the team, fostering a culture of empathy and ensuring that our colleagues have the tools they need to provide exceptional support to customers going through financial difficulty.
