Guide locations through the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks, consolidating findings into the enterprise-wide Risk2Value platform. Continuously refine the security strategy in response to evolving risk profiles.Policy Definition & Adaptation: Co-develop OT security policies in accordance with IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks, in close collaboration with the central CISO team. Adapt policies to business-specific needs, and lead the rollout of a standardized cybersecurity baseline across all sites, grounded in Bosch’s internal security guidelines.Internal cyber security Audits: Plan and execute internal audits to ensure compliance with OT security standards and regulatory requirements. Train and mentor audit personnel, while standardizing audit practices and reporting.
