I am the Senior Architect of Con Edison’s CX Journey Mapping program, which dives deep into customer pain points and executes projects to resolve systemic issues. I\'ve led several successful and award-winning projects to improve outage communications and ensure the company is giving customers the information they need in the channels they want. My team\'s efforts to create a mobile-first approach with frequent updates have radically improved CSAT for outage customers. I\'m passionate about design thinking, rapid prototyping, and a customer-first approach.Before Con Edison, I had a 16-years run at WSJ, where I was a deputy manager, overlooking a team of 15+ that included journalists, graphic designers and web editors to produce The Wall Street Journal content in Spanish and Portuguese for partner newspapers in Latin America.
