Managing the overall Real Time Rail (RTR) Project Deployment and leading the project team.• Creating the project plan, including project scope, RACI matrix, timeline Gantt Chart for milestones/deliverables/phases, assumptions & dependencies, risk & mitigation plan, stakeholder mapping and communication plan.• Interaction with IT and business groups at all levels, led the stand-up calls with business stakeholders for project reviews• Responsible for planning and execution of all before, during and after deployment activities for RTR.• Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope and schedules.• Managing relationships and working on interrelated processes.• Leading and coordinating the Deployment Checklist and Plan.• Production and management of all Deployment Deliverables. • Meeting with the Industry leaders from various Financial Institutions including the 6 DSIBs (Domestic Systemically Important Bank) of the country• Ensure the Integration between RTR Exchange and RTR C&S (Clearing and Settlement) system is working effectively.• Ensuring the hardware and software systems are fully deployed and functioning properly.• Validation of all Deployment Training material.• Build and validate the Deployment Runbook.• Plan the Production rollout process. • Responsible for the Go-live phase of the project.• Responsible for transition to Support team.• Leading the RTR plan B RFP and providing all necessary inputs to the product team
