ABOUT DIPESH PATEL
From day one, I’ve been driven by a simple goal: make IT work better for the people who rely on it. Over the past three years, I’ve supported users, secured systems, and solved problems across fast-paced enterprise environments. My recent focus has been on strengthening cloud, automation, and endpoint management capabilities to align IT operations with modern workplace needs.My journey started with hands-on technical support roles at Systigrator Solution and BreezeMaxWeb, where I provided IT support across Windows, macOS, and network devices. I resolved escalations, trained users, supported server backups, managed IT assets, and even handled classroom infrastructure like security cameras and Tally backups.Today, I work as an IT Support Analyst at PowerCo Canada (via HCLTech), where I manage device provisioning through SCCM and Intune, Zscaler VPN administration, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) support, and iOS device deployments via Apple Business Manager (ABM). Alongside technical work, I also serve as a Process Manager, leading SLA monitoring, documentation, performance reporting, and incident workflows in ServiceNow, while collaborating closely with Digital Workplace teams to maintain operational excellence.I bring hands-on expertise in Windows & System Administration, Microsoft 365, Intune MDM/MAM, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), and Network Management. I’m also Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, ITIL® Foundation certified, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, continuously building my skills in automation, security, and modern workplace technologies.Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to improving ticket resolution times, reducing end-user downtime, and strengthening endpoint security standards across hybrid enterprise environments.
