Manage the global cash flow forecasting process. Design, develop and maintain a global group wide 13 week rolling short term cashflow forecast. Develop global technology solutions to improve global treasury processes and transactions, utilising the Kyriba Treasury Management System. Direct responsibility for updating and maintaining the Kyriba treasury management system to ensure the most up-to-date, efficient tools are utilised for automation and simplifying processes. Direct responsibility for developing and maintaining processes and procedures to track compliance with the Group’s debt facility, including covenant calculations and all monthly and quarterly compliance reporting. Management of workload and stakeholders to ensure all cashflow and covenant reporting deadlines are adhered to as per the Group’s strict debt facility obligations. Leverage market best practices to bring continuous improvement to treasury operations, making and implementing recommendations. Responsible for monitoring and managing financial risks including liquidity management, counterparty credit risk and foreign exchange strategy. Developing successful business partner and stakeholder relationships - internally with CEO, CFO, Commercial, Supply Chain and Procurement Directors, and Senior stakeholders. Externally with Banking partners, Payment system providers, TMS and other Treasury vendors. Lead and delivered special projects for Treasury and Finance departments. Such as Swift CSP Attestations for 2020 and 2021, Global credit card fee audit, Global 3-year TMS renewal, implement efficient TMS reporting, TMS integration into D365, Global roll out of TMS Multifactor Authentication, Global TMS improvements and continuous improvements in cashflow reporting, and bank database implementation. Collaboratively working with diverse global teams, different cultures and shared service centre in Mexico to achieve automation and continuous improvement.
