   I am currently working as an Associate (Supervisory), Fund/Client Accounting Representative II for Private equity funds at BNYM INTL OPS (INDIA) PVT LTD. in Pune, India.Job responsibilities:#Calculation of net asset value of funds on a bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual basis which will include the preparation of reporting packs under relevant GAAP such as US GAAP and IFRS.#Review & prepare the funds periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, coordinating the audits.#Prepare capital call and distribution calculations to facilitate capital funding requests from clients.#Prepare wire instructions for vendor expense payments and underlying investment.#Collaborates with client staff to exchange information with respect to cash, accounting, and reporting of daily and monthly client activities.#Managing daily accounting activities for private equity funds, review cash transactions and cash reconciliations.#Booking Journal entries for capital calls, Investment, distribution, borrowing, valuation, receivables, payables, income & expense accruals in Investran.#Perform and review management fee and waterfall distribution calculations.#Prepare periodic investor reports such as ILPA reporting, bespoke reports, and BIS reporting, ensuring high accuracy and on-time delivery.#Review client Limited Partnership Agreements, PPM, and other materials and ensure service levels are in line with such legal documents.#Supervising junior staff, reviewing, and signing off on work performed.
