Founded in 1934, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit organization that is the largest credit union in California and the 5th largest in the United States.In my role within the ITS Division and IT PMO at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, I am honored to collaborate with dedicated teams on key organizational projects, focusing on enhancing and introducing new services for our valued Members. Some of my recent projects include - CCPA Compliance Initiative: Spearheaded the CCPA project, implementing necessary technical capabilities within a stringent California state deadline- Payment Platform Upgrade: Directed the organization’s #1 priority project, upgrading the core payment system with a 60+ member project team, achieving on time completion with zero end-user impact- Microsoft Teams & Office 365 services: Championed the deployment of Microsoft Teams, which helped Team members facilitate thousands of hours of Teams meetings to collaborate during the pandemic- Fraud Detection System Rollout: Managed the end-to-end rollout of an advanced AI powered Debit Card Fraud Detection and Prevention system- Retirement Planning Platform Overhaul : Led a successful retirement planning platform upgrade, transitioning from an outdated version to a modern, secure system across four major deployments- Real-Time Payments Enablement: Led the Real Time Payments (RTP) and FedNOW projects, generating over $5 million in new deposits in just one month for our Members-Oversaw the transition to a new Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, significantly bolstering the security of endpoint devices throughout the organization.Visit the link for career opportunities at
