Directly responsible for end-to-end operations of the rigid plastic packaging division with a turnover of INR 50 Crores. Responsibilities included - but were not limited to - procurement, sales, finance, in-plant operations & new projects.Have been credited with a 10% YoY growth in sales by onboarding new clients & 100% customer retention over 4 years.Over 3 years, increased production efficiency by 30%, production capacity by 60%, and reduced process scrap generation from 9% to 4%- a crucial industry metric.Reduced interest cost by 10% by renegotiating and restructuring debt.Took the lead on a PAN-India project - the launch of the Korean behemoth S-Oil Corporation in India, in partnership with Gulf Oil.Tasked with the planning and commissioning of the fourth plant of the company in Chennai. This project signified a structural shift in the company, moving it away from the outdated “manual de-flashing” technology and towards the new “auto-deflashing” machinery which will result in higher output and drastically improved quality of containers. The project\'s aim was to shift 80% of the division\'s production capacity to the new technology over 12 months, which has been achieved.
