Act as spokesperson for Leviton Canada at industry-wide sectorial meetings and promote the firm’s image and interests.• Assist in providing feedback to Leviton Corporate on issues and changes having impact on current product offerings. Similarly ensure that new product development is in line with CSA/CEC requirements.• Act as Leviton Canada’s official voice in all discussions relating to product issues, whether they arise from actual customer complaints or suggestions and whether they eventually lead to lawsuits.• Liaise with Leviton Canada’s insurer in civil responsibility cases.• Assist supervisor as lead technical expert and legal counsel in civil responsibility cases.• Collaborate with supervisor in advising Leviton Canada’s Executives on best course of action in the resolution of civil responsibility issues.• Develop, maintain and improve relationships with specifiers, engineers, architects, regulators and key end users to set Leviton as preferred vendor by developing specifications and designs.• Provide technical assistance and trainings to all employees and other partners to various Leviton products.
