As an experienced M&E Lead, I have a proven track record of developing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress and measure achievement against performance indicators. I am currently working on the Hastkala Setu Yojana project with EDII. Prior to this, I was the project co-ordinator in gyandhara trust, project co-ordinator in pujit rupani trust, project co-ordinator in vatsalya education and charitable trust and assistant manager in twocompo technology privet limited.Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in managing daily operations, mobilizing and counseling candidates, establishing partnerships with NGOs and local bodies, and developing case studies to capture qualitative outputs of projects. I have a passion for social development and woman empowerment and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders to maintain positive energies in the community. I have experience liaising with government officials, political leaders, and brand visibility NGOs to effectively communicate project activities and progress.I excel in supervising teams to ensure the provision of quality training and managing documentation, such as MIS reports and progress reports, to ensure timely submission to state heads.
