ABOUT DIPANKAR SENGUPTA

I\'m a very optimistic person personally. And I always try to work with the same vigour professionally. Life is list of possibilities. Possibilities of hope, strength, win, success, happiness, enrichment amongst others. It\'s also a list of negative possibilities too. But most importantly it\'s a possibility of knowledge through experience and vice-versa. I started my career as a management trainee in Modern Trade and gradually turned my career path to channel sales with Saj Food Products. Then I tried to gain knowledge and experience and continue climbing up.I worked with HUL for a fair enough time, strengthening my professional roots thus. Then I started taking in more responsibilities in Reliance Cash and Carry with Category Planning while continuing with channel sales and team management amongst the other activities. Gradually my thirst for knowledge and experience made me move towards Marketing and Trade Marketing where I have been learning and delivering since at Pernod Ricard India. I gained skills and knowledge on the way as I moved onto larger roles with Ferrero India Pvt Ltd & Reliance Consumer Products Ltd.I would like end my brief by sharing one of the rules that guide me in my days of darkness and happiness. Never be bogged down by failure and always put your feet at ground during success and move forward. Also, we should not loose our self belief even in the darkest of days, and keep the faith on and moving. In this way you always move forward and upward (A classic case of La Casa de Papel on Spanish Channel 3 to Money Heist on Netflix).That\'s the reason that I try to move forward humbly after being one of the best performers in the zone in my vertical year on year.
