Co-own the Business plan of vertical along with Operating Leaders and Business Leader. Managing Large P&L. Lead the annual P&L budgeting and Monthly P&L forecasting process. Focal point for any ad-hoc analysis and scenario based analysis. Margin Governance that includes cost take out initiatives/actions, systematic and sustainable cost reduction analysis. Prepare goal sheet, Continuously monitor business performance and develop recommendations for improvement. Developing and implementing strategic initiatives from time to time to helping in more accurate reporting and analysis of business drivers. FP & A Business Partnering with cross functional leaders in providing key performance inputs and financial impact for any decision making affecting top line as well as bottom line. Work with accounting team to make sure all bookings are done properly. Financial control, purchase requisition and hiring approvals. Budgeted/Forecasted spend tracking. Work with Product Mangers & Global leaders to create Financials, Prepare Decks for monthly and quarterly senior leadership reviews. Coordinate and drive all changes being discussed during Business Reviews. Exploring more viable pricing models that benefits both customer and the organization. Submitting pricings for new work order, cross sell, renewals etc. Work with Solutioning, Practice, Transition, Transformation, IT teams to bake all the assumptions,costs while building up pricing models, Rate card for the customer.
