Based in Bangalore, I manage hedge fund accounting teams responsible for NAV oversight, valuation, and the reconciliation and reporting processes that institutional investors depend on. My focus is on delivering accurate, timely fund accounting while developing the people and processes that make consistent quality possible — building capability, strengthening controls, and motivating teams to perform at a high level. My career has spanned the full asset servicing lifecycle — from pricing and corporate actions to claims management, service governance, CSDR penalties, client onboarding, and transitions — giving me an unusually complete view of how operations connect end to end. That breadth is what I bring to hedge fund accounting: the ability to see beyond a single NAV calculation to the controls, data quality, and regulatory requirements that surround it. I\'m also focused on where fund operations are heading — the practical application of AI in fund accounting, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting, and on building the governance and team capability needed to adopt these tools responsibly.
