   As part of the largest Shell eCommerce B2B platform development team, my current assignment involves building, maintaining a tool that enables global customers to buy lubricants easily. The platform, called Shell Market Hub, is designed to provide an easy-to-use interface for customers to purchase lubricants for their business needs. My primary responsibility is to lead the team to deliver sustainable solutions and maintain CSI index >8.4In my role, I have delivered several key accomplishments, including leading the team in building order management journey in eCommerce, migrating various SharePoint applications to the SharePoint O365 platform, Healthcare management system. I have also gathered requirements from various businesses and converted them into requirements for various applications such as Shell Market Hub, Knowledge Management, Intelligent Search portals.I have also led the team in building and transforming web applications into mobile applications, collaborating with Development Leads, Product Managers, and Program Managers to develop and implement software implementation plans. I have managed product and project management duties for assigned business initiatives, workstreams, and operational components.In my role, I have educated business partners on system capabilities and feasibilities, providing solutions and adding business value that reduce costs and find hidden information inside the organization. I have planned and executed 97% of SharePoint Online sites across the organization during General Data Protection Rule execution and activated OneDrive for Business readiness.Moreover, I have trained over users on various applications and tools. In recognition of my contributions, I have received VP CIO and Shell recognition awards (For multiple assignments) for executing projects on time and saving costs for the company by providing cost-saving solutions.
