About Dipam Raval

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. from BKNMU. I have completed their post-graduation M.COM degree from Sikkim Manipal University in 2014. Prior to that, I obtained an MBA (HR & Marketing) degree from Bangalore University\'s Vivekananda Degree College in 2011. They also hold a bachelor\'s degree in B.COM (HR) from Bangalore University\'s Vivekananda Degree College, which was completed in 2009.My pre-university education includes P.U.C Commerce from Karnataka P.U Board\'s ST. Theresa Pre-University College in 2006. Furthermore, I completed my secondary education (S.S.L.C) from G.S.H.S.E.B\'s Swami Vivekanand Vinay Mandir in 2004.These qualifications showcase a diverse educational background with a focus on commerce, management, and human resources.I have also completed an internship at Adani Energy Ltd in Ahmedabad, where I conducted an organization study. Additionally, I also pursued a dissertation project at Karnataka Soaps & Detergents Ltd in Bangalore, focusing on studying employees\' motivation at the organization.I have gained experience in the field of education, working in different positions. I served as a Lecturer at R.R. Institute of Management Studies for a duration of 2 years, from April 1, 2012, to February 29, 2014. Following that, I worked as a Senior Lecturer at Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies for 5 years, from March 12, 2014, to April 15, 2019. Currently, I hold the position of Assistant Professor at Marwadi University, starting from June 1, 2019. These experiences demonstrate my commitment to teaching and their continuous involvement in academia.
