   Serve as the primary Chanel Tech expert for the People & Organization and Payroll teams, providing guidance and support- Implement new functionality and oversee support for existing functionality within the People & Payroll system landscape, including platforms such as Workday, Ultipro, UKG WFM, Workhuman, and retail commission calculation systems- Develop a new operating model for creating and managing Workday integrations through a middleware solution- Lead and actively participate in senior-level meetings, such as Steering Committees, Leadership Team meetings, Strategic Roadmaps, and Governance sessions- Collaborate with business partners to evaluate software solutions for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals- Manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external IT resources and end-users, associated with projects related to the aforementioned systems- Create comprehensive project plans outlining all tasks associated with the implementation of new functionality- Identify implementation risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of system changes.Develop and execute training plans as necessary to facilitate user adoption and proficiency- Communicate project status updates to both business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment- Foster and manage relationships with external vendors, overseeing both software acquisition and professional services engagements.
