Provide Human resource support to Skyjack Enterprise Group and provide direction to functional group Leaders on the execution of variety of Human Resources tasks and initiatives and supporting day to day business operation in the organization.•Act as a Key Point of Contact and human resource partner to management, leaders and employees on Various HR programs, policies & initiatives.•Coach and support Department Leaders on various programs and employee relations issues as it pertains to Leave Management, progressive disciplinary measures, conflict resolution, attendance management, Corrective counseling, terminations, employee development, performance management, Talent acquisition and management, Training and Team building,•Collaborate with Senior Executive Team and Corporate HR Centers of Expertise (COE) colleagues to bring value and support to the business through the deployment of new and existing HR programs or tools.•Partner with Enterprise department leaders on their workforce & succession planning, talent acquisition needs, people priorities such as employee development, career pathing, retention actions, annual merit compensation review cycle.•Advise and support managers to create and maintain a safe, positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. along with driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities.•Responsible for administering various programs such as benefits, Claims Management, Leaves management, performance management, on-boarding, termination, and HRIS.•Ensure the strategic alignment to company policies, procedures and employment documents are HRIS.•Provide support as required for any company-wide or department wide changes, such as restructuring, transfers, promotions, Talent Acquisition programs, Immigration efforts etc. by assisting HR Director with change management efforts.•Create and complete various analytical reports on various programs and other as necessary.•Experience with Oracle (HRIS), Empcenter, SharePoint
