Managing their periodic upgrades, system copy and maintenance- Experience of working on projects RFPs of size of 5+ million Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield projects including multi-ERP projects, S/4 HANA public & private cloud projects, digital transformation projects and regulatory/statutory projects such as Europe’s SAF-T Projects, Currency Conversion Projects, Business Carve out projects, Data Archival Projects, Data center migration projects- Experience in working on global AMS/ADM RFP of size 40+ million USD for SAP services- Responsible to monitor/review and obtain maturity level in AMS account to comply with CMMI 5 level. Clear and comply with Project audits. Monitor and improve AMS KPI’s, Rebase line KPI benchmark on periodic basis- Formulate road map at account level to improve value delivery in account by applying Operate to Transform 4D levers (Do less, Do Fast, Do More, Do Better) to improve automation, productivity in account- Experience of system architecture and baselining services in complex architecture landscape connecting via middleware, APIs, RFCs for streamlining and structure data across landscape.
