   Prepare 3D model of equipment, decide MOC and make piping routing, supports, its fitting and supported structure. Create all required of equipment general arrangement, installation, part and other required drawings using Solid Works based on 3D model, approval from client and solve queries related to equipments. Calculate total required cable and freeze the cable tray routing and prepare cable tray layout drawing. Prepare 3D model of total module that includes mechanical and civil equipments, piping and supports, cable tray, structure like platform, Hatches and accessories, forecasting design and erection challenges. To check access for ROV from ROV expert and validate structure from structural analyst. To ensure the manufacturability of design with manufacturing department. Prepare final MTOs. Create BOM and routings for the design in SAP. Updated designs for Engineering changes (ECR) as required and take follow up with the required teams for the ECR approval. To check the interfaces from other department or external client on the product. Documentation for mechanical deliverables & activities as per ISO: 9001.
