Responsible for delivering durability attribute validation for engines, transmissions, live axles, and e-axles through digital validation for commercial vehicles.• Lead a 6-member team, enabling cross-functional alignment to deliver on all simulation targets.• Managing ODC workloads by providing inputs, offering guidance, and conducting timely reviews of CAE analysis• Planning and managing team activities to ensure all PAT targets are being met at every project milestone• Propose production-feasible, lightweight design solutions through optimization to meet targets• Proficient in a wide range of durability simulations including thermo-mechanical fatigue (LCF) analysis, HCF analysis, crank train MBD analysis, static, dynamic, harmonic and PSD-based fatigue analysis, bolted joint analysis, etc.• Performed durability simulations for vehicle-mounted aggregates.• Working in close collaboration with Powertrain Design, Testing, Calibration, and Vehicle teams to develop new capabilities and improve correlation between digital simulations and physical validation of powertrain aggregates.• Developed innovative 2D-3D hybrid simulation methodologies for the digital validation of steel, rubber, and liquid gaskets in powertrain applications.• Automated Pre-processing tasks (bolt modeling, bolt force extraction, 2D steel gasket deck preparation) using macros and improved analysis turnaround by 20%.• Represent the department in various reviews and meetings, and handling data management and documentation
