Projects: Daimler V297 Rear Bumper Responsibilities: Product Design for Automotive Exterior trims Plastics Components as Bumper as well as Chrome parts Class A Surface quality check and draft analysis for Graining structure regarding Part thickness creation with closed volume as per by product standard Work on rear Bumper with their surrounding chrome LI, MI, RE, ASOE Deckle parts. Parametric data preparation based on supplier data feedback Checking Tooling Direction of Close-Volume & B-side features (Lifter & Slider Tooling Direction) B side feature place on Chrome with their parts like vise Torsion clip, Resting tab, Chrome tab, Injection tab… When I Received style surface from customer side then we will be checking with its Exiting Style & create PPT & Bumper Fix with Centre Bracket as well we keep safe distance from Upper Bkt. Compare Sending Customer New Style with its Exiting Style & after analysis of both models. Create 2-D drawing make by 3-D model as per Customer Standard
