Full responsibility for the $ 360M value of construction operation management in the Chicagoland area. Maintain daily operations of 4-5 construction sites, plan, schedule, and coordinate projects from inception to completion current value of $65M. Oversee project documents performance, review reports, and modify plans or reports. Monitor contractor progress schedule, mentor & supervise 20 -30 team members and provide management services through effective contract administration, negotiation, and budget. Participate in development in new marketing strategies, business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
