We have a teams using the latest technologies and supporting initiatives like eMobility, Utility Bill Management, Automation, etc. The P&O team is the the rechristened HR team. I manage the P&O team and my job involves - development of HR activities, policies, processes, strategy- handling the company\'s hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff - help connect executives with employees- improve employee engagement- build strategic talent resources plans- development of internal policies and implementation of global policies- administration of local labor laws- developing and implementing benefits and compensation plans- build an employer brand- contract employee sourcing, agreements and onboarding- meeting local labor laws and legal requirements
