1. Tax Senior

   Technical Experience: • Review and audit of both consolidated and separate company, federal and multi-state tax returns and partnerships • Review of quarterly ADT for all of my 1120 RIC clients • Preparation of annual tax provision for all of my 1120 RIC clients • Research on various tax issues including analysis of new legislation • Review of annual tax extension for my 1120 RIC and partnership clients • Involved in International Form 5471- review process for various Mutual fund clients • Helping the corporations and partnerships with ideas that help in generating more cash in the current distressed economy.(Ideas include Accounting method changes, NOL issues etc,)**Operational Experience: • Review of annual tax pricing tools and analysis for the top management on the clients I handle • Review of budgeting reports for various clients. Reports include pricing per person, gross marginal cost and profit for the firm etc • Review of stafftrack reports weekly and attend meeting with US schedulers and make sure all the staff members have work on a day to day basis • Review engagement letters and client agreements annually and whenever necessary • Taking care of performance management of all the staff members under me • Review of weekly time entry DTE reports on Multiple clients, to make sure there is no variance between actual and what is reported.
