I am a Executive in Research and Development at Balaji Wafers, a leading manufacturer of snacks and namkeen in India. I have a M.Tech degree in Food Technology from Anand Agricultural University, where I also completed my B.Tech in Food Technology and Processing. My core competencies include food product formulation, research and development, quality assurance, and food processing.In my current role, I am involved in developing new and innovative food products, from lab trials to commercial production, for various categories such as snacks, extruded, sheeted, and sprinkler products. I also support R&D projects and provide solutions for the performance and functionality of specific ingredients. I work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. I am passionate about creating nutritious and delicious food products that enhance the health and well-being of consumers. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the R&D team, as I have also interned at Patanjali Ayurved Limited, where I learned about different production lines and quality parameters of food products. I am eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the growth and innovation of the food industry.
