   Responsible for overseeing the Architecture and Engineering of key IT infrastructure functions including: all Virtualization Services, Directory Services and Identity Management, Enterprise Messaging Services, Win/Lin Systems, Desktop Engineering, and Enterprise Storage technologies. My department works with service owners to architect and engineer solutions for special projects. We are also responsible for improving efficiency, achieving compliance, and delivering capabilities that will improve overall system availability, such as automation of infrastructure tasks, developing well-documented repeatable processes, etc. In addition, we are responsible for effectively leading and managing the design and implementation of large and complex local/global projects that require architecture & engineering involvement.
