ABOUT DIORMAN COLMENARES
My career in Software Engineering started in San Cristóbal, Venezuela. I decided to go for this BSc without being sure what I was signing up for (I guess back in 2004 it was not that common to hear about it, at least not in my environment) but it did not take long for me to become passionate about Software Development.In my professional years, I have worked as a contractor and permanent employee for companies of different sizes located in Australia, Canada, Colombia, South Korea, the USA and Venezuela. During this time, I have had the privilege to work with and learn from many wonderful and talented people.For the last few years, I have been leading and participating in the implementation of distributed systems running on AWS using TypeScript, Ruby, Java and Go. Lately, I have been learning Rust in my free time.
