This includes coaching, resource creation, etc.• Regularly maintain and update database with new constituent information received and efficiency processes within.• Facilitate various breakout tracks relating to alumni engagement, fundraising, and communication during major conferences.• Facilitate training sessions for new staff members to better understand alumni engagement efforts.• Assisted in the creation of the organizations first podcast -\"On the Banks\".
