Growing up in a military family, I learned adaptability early on, experiencing diverse cultures and perspectives. These experiences shaped my passion for education, leadership, and community impact.With a background in public administration and adult education, I have spent over two decades in higher education, serving as a professor, dean, and now Campus Vice Chancellor at Troy University. I have led strategic initiatives, developed leadership programs, and guided institutions in fostering inclusive and effective learning environments.Beyond academia, I specialize in leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.
