With multi-sector experience across early childhood, K–12, and higher education, she has led system-level initiatives in maths, science, & art curriculum design, youth development, educator preparation, executive coaching, and organizational leadership in both U.S. and global contexts. As Founder and Principal Consultant of Global Education for the Global Majority, she collaborates with international institutions, NGOs, and community-based organizations to strengthen global learning ecosystems and ensure access to high-quality education for historically excluded populations.A morally imaginative leader known for curiosity, conscience, and cultural agility, Dr. Brown brings a justice-oriented approach to her work; advancing innovation through earth- and human-centered design, qualitative research, and strategic cross-border collaboration. Her belief that education is a diplomatic force capable of disrupting inequity grounds her efforts to build inclusive, globally responsive pathways of excellence. She is also an emergent voice in grief-responsive leadership, a vital dimension of emotionally intelligent leadership for a world increasingly shaped by collective trauma and rapid change.

   As the Inaugural Director of Program, I lead the strategic design and day-to-day execution of College Track’s site-level programming, ensuring high-quality, holistic support that prepares first-generation scholars for college success and career readiness. In this role I manage and develop cross-functional teams, drive data-informed program fidelity, and foster a mission-aligned, inclusive culture grounded in equity and excellence. In partnership with executive site leadership, I ensure compliance with risk and fiscal policies while advancing organizational goals through collaborative leadership and student-centered innovation.
