Oversee the day-to-day operations of KM Civil Consultants at the Vancouver office; including staff and client management, budgets and schedules and reporting-Participate in the development and management of production and service quality standards for KM Civil Consultants Ltd-Prepare civil engineering designs for a variety of municipal, residential, commercial, and industrial projects-Complete detailed stormwater management, sanitary conveyance and plumbing, and water distribution design calculations-Coordinate with clients, outside consultants, and municipalities during the design and approval process as well as during construction-Coordinate designs with other disciplines both within the Krahn Group of Companies and with outside consultants-Recruit, mentor and manage the performance of KM Civil Consultants Ltd. at the Edmonton location-Responsible to achieve CDN Dollars in project fees per annum and per office within the designated territory; other specific targets will be set with the President & CEO-Be an active member on approved boards and associations-Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques-Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability in engineering practices.r duties as assigned.
