This includes the guidance of EHR users at all COPC practice sites and facilities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not be limited to) • Strong understanding of the use and functionality of an EHR system.• Ability to guide and advise in the use of eClinicalworks, our Electronic Health Record includingboth the clinical and clerical piece to Central Ohio Primary Care Staff and Provider\'• Occasional traveling to offices and providing support to the providers and staff of Central OhioPrimary Care during office issues and go-lives on the EHR system• Participating in \"site visits\" providing support and assistance to office staff and providers whileunderstanding the office workflow and utilization of the EHR system Answering, tracking, andmaking calls to Central Ohio Primary Care Providers and personnel• Traveling to all COPC sites as assigned or requested• Working with EHR vendor eClinicalworks on troubleshooting issues and testing functionality ofthe system• troubleshooting problems within the application• Perform testing on applications for potential issues
