Drove strong insight software and service sales growth (>20% Y-o-Y in 21/22) via multimillion product investment and innovation and via team development (80 Product Managers and Consultants in 21/22). Responsibilities include: • Consulting leadership – Engage with Client C-suites globally, act as JV Board member for EMEA retailer, provide expert input on dunnhumby’s products and services, and contribute to major retailer transformation programmes. • Product pre-sales – Played key role in delivery of Category and Price and Promotions pitches to retail clients and helped to secure major deals, including 3 year, multi-million Category and P&P deals. • Product delivery – Built global Category Consulting Team (~30 heads in 2022), and enhanced retail and CPG client decision-making processes using advanced software and services. • Product deployment – Led taskforce to address P&P software deployment issues impacting on clients, re-engineering processes across dunnhumby teams, improving software stability and increasing client satisfaction. • Product management – Transformed dunnhumby’s software development processes via Agile and DevOps methodology from 2019, improving outcomes including velocity, lead-time, revenues, and NPS. • Product strategy – Executed market, client and competitor research and implemented new tools to define client use cases and personas, develop product backlogs and roadmaps, and define GTM strategy, pricing and terms. • Partnership development – Championed partnerships with Blue Yonder, Microsoft and SAP, engaged stakeholders, and developed and implemented joint strategies, including migration from dunnhumby datacentres to cloud hosting from 2020. • Team development – Expanded team from ~30 Consultants in 2018 to 80 Consultants and Product Managers working with ~300 Engineers in 2022, re-designed organization, and developed team capability via training (incl. Agile), coaching (GROW), and creating Communities of Practice.
