Developed strategy and charter for the ERG.Carried out fortnightly committee meetings planning out action trackers.Increased awareness of Sustainable practices within project and office, maintain active engagement with sponsors, departments, employees, other ERGs,Held monthly ERG meetings to discuss ideas and feedback, assist with organizing events, speakers, volunteering, charities, report to Executive Sponsors and overall Sustainability and Governance Function.Examples- First lunch and learn (L&L) 115 active employees online engaging with Crystal Energy\'s CEO- Corporate Social Responsibility Fundraiser funding schools in Uganda with musical instruments and sports equipment. 18th July 2025 the school participated in interschool drama, dance, music and sports competitions- L&L series incorporated into Graduate Engineering Training Programme (ECITB UK governing body certified)- Headed the Global Day of Service for London office Sept 2024. Volunteering for a week at Acton Homeless Concern through primarily preparing free food but also clothing, showers and hot drinks. This impacted 850 homeless and disadvantaged people in a positive way- Created the McDermott ERG Library within our new office space to spread awareness for well-being, Sustainability, best practice, Diet, Business etc-Litter Pickup July 2025, cleaning up local areas around ChiswickOne of the main takeaways is being able to interface and network outside of my project group. As part of the ERG leadership team I am able to liaise with other disciplines members, Directors, Vice President\'s etc. all whilst improving upon public speaking, interpersonal, and leadership skills.In addition, I can also delve into an area outside of my main job role and learn more about Sustainability both environmentally and socially. Learnings have included legislation and jargon such as \'Carbon tax\' and \'Circular Economy\' or socially,\'Corporate Social Responsibility\'.

I am an ambitious and diligent individual currently working as an Associate Process Engineer for McDermott International, LtdI have an MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Energy at the University of Birmingham. My MSc project focused on the development of a silica gel based thermochemical material for thermal energy storage, itwas experimental based.I also hold Swansea University BEng Chemical Engineering whereby during my third year design project I led my team to produce a detailed design report for a hospital wastewater treatment plant including concept and FEED.In my spare time I play competitive badminton anywhere between 4-6 times a week across London division 1/2.
